Julia began her billing and coding career in 2012 with a private pediatric practice. While there, she completed her coding and documentation certifications. She also learned what it takes to run a financially successful pediatric practice. In 2020, she helped implement OP at the practice, and later that year, she joined the OP team as an RCM Process Improvement Associate. She feels the best part about her position is being able to use the skills that she developed and refined over the years, to help her clients meet their financial goals.
