We appreciate and understand the stress you are under and will continue to support and partner with you to meet your patient, community, and practice needs. We have created a Coronavirus page on the Help Center and we encourage you to bookmark the page and refer back to it regularly. We’ll continue to update it as additional resources become available.
At OP, we depend on our employees to accomplish our mission and we have a commitment to keep them as safe as possible. Like many other national, regional, and local companies, OP has made the difficult decision to postpone non-essential travel in order to protect our team members, practices, and places we visit as travel increases the risk of exposure.
Fortunately, OP team members are accustomed to working virtually with our clients, colleagues in different company office locations, and vendors. Therefore, we feel confident that our team members will continue to serve our practices without any interruption to client services, support, or implementation.
If your practice was planning for onsite learning or support, we will make every effort to work with you to make alternative arrangements that keep everyone as safe as possible. We will all be working together to refine and rework plans, as there remains much uncertainty as to local impacts and the duration of the current pandemic.
