About Account Proof

Path: Clinical, Practice Management or Billing tab > Patient Chart button > Claims > Proof button

The Account Proof window is a read-only window that displays the proof for the patient and insurance balance information. The proof gathers claim balances. It also compiles what the patient/insurance owes, has paid, and what was adjusted. Sometimes proof problems occur. When a proof problem occurs, click the Rebuild button on the Claims window. Click the Rebuild button on the Claims window to repair certain conditions that lead to proof problems.
