We are currently updating the OP Help Center content for the release of OP 14.19 or OP 19. OP 19 is a member of the certified OP 14 family of products (official version is 14.19.1), which you may see in your software (such as in Help > About) and in the Help Center tabs labeled 14.19. You may also notice that the version number in content and videos may not match the version of your software, and some procedural content may not match the workflow in your software. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we make these enhancements.

CHADIS Workflow

Version 14.19
  1. Provider Entry: Order the survey and click on it to start entering answers (as you would an internal survey). It will take you to CHADIS® but they will recognize you as office staff and will note that on who is taking the survey. Note: It is NOT HIPAA compliant or accurate for you to open the survey and then hand a device to a patient.
  2. Patient Entry in Office: If you want the patient to perform the survey in the office, order it to the “patient department” and then have the patient log on to their portal account to complete the survey: they will be the “informant” automatically and it will be secure.
  3. Patient Entry at Home: This is the most typical and most efficient workflow if possible. Orders are made from the chart or as a standing order in a template then sent to the OP Patient Portal for completion. See diagram below.
