About Choose Report Parameter(s)
Path: Practice Management tab > Manage Vaccine Inventory button > Print Lot # button
The Choose Report Parameters window sets the parameters to report how many patients received a vaccine from the vaccine inventory.
Choose Report Parameter(s) Map
Number | Section | Description |
1 | Date Range | The Date range sets all dates or a specified set of dates when the vaccine was administered. |
2 | Manufacturer Lot Number | Using the manufacturer lot number brings up all lots within your date range that have that specified lot number. |
3 | OP Assigned Lot ID | Clicking on the radio button and using the OP assigned lot ID pulls the specific lot that was highlighted prior to clicking the Lot # button. |
4 | All Lots used in this period | If you are looking for a specific lot, check off the box next to "All Lots used in this period". |
5 | OK button | Once all the report parameters are selected, click the OK button to generate the report. |
