Version 14.19
ePA Overview
Manual processess for Prior Authorization (PA) is extremely disruptive to office workflows, inefficient, and frustrating for offices as well as our patients. Filling out faxes, spending time waiting on hold, and patients left waiting at the pharmacy are common occurrences. Office Practicum has now taken the pain out of PA by integrating a fully automated electronic workflow called ePA (Electronic Prior Authorization) for a seamless, faster, and more efficient user and patient experience.
The following pages provide an overview and detailed information regarding the Electronic Prior Authorization (ePA) functionality that OP offers.
