When to Use this Report

Use this dashboard to review Charges, Payments, and Adjustments at the CPT level. You can see your Gross Collection Rate and Net Collection Rate for the CPT Category or individual CPT codes. You can compare your E&M CPT codes against all your CPT codes used.

Qualifications/Best Practices

CPT Codes must be tied to a Category. If you don't see a commonly used CPT code in this report, check that it is assigned to a Category.

CPT Category Details List

This dashboard shows the Total Charges, Amount Paid, Amount Adjusted, GCR and NCR for the CPT Category and for each individual CPT Code.

Number	Section	Description
1	Location	Use this filter to select the Location(s) where the services were performed.
2	Payer	Use this filter to select the Payer(s) associated with the claim.
3	Provider	Use this filter to select the Provider(s) who performed the service for the appointments.
a	CPT Category	This column lists the CPT Category for the codes. Expand or minimize each section by clicking the plus or minus sign next to each category.
b	CPT Code	This column shows the CPT codes within the category, with a line for the Totals at the bottom of each CPT Category section.
c	Total CPT Count	This column shows the total number of the specified CPT code included in the report.
d	Total Charges	This column shows the total charges associated with the specified CPT code.
e	Amount Paid	This column shows the total amount paid for the CPT Code.
f	Amount Adjusted	This column shows the total amount adjusted for the CPT Code.

Type of report: Line graph
Displays: The volume of the charges, payments, and adjustments by CPT Category

Details: Hover over each point on the graph to see the CPT Category, and the total Charges, Payments, Adjustments and CPT code.

Views: View by CPT Category, CPT Code, Location, Provider or Payer.
