When to Use this Report

Use this dashboard to view all your vaccine charges, vaccine payments, administration charges, and administration payment details for vaccines administered in your practice. This dashboard will only report on CPT codes with a category of VACCINE for vaccine codes and VAC ADMIN for vaccine administration codes.

Note: To use this dashboard effectively, you will need your Vaccine CPT codes under CPT Category of VACCINE and Vaccine Administration codes under CPT Category of VAC ADMIN, otherwise all CPT codes will display under the Vaccine category filter.

About Vaccine Analysis

Vaccine Analysis Filters

Number	Section	Description
1	Posted Date	Use this filter to select the date(s) you wish to search based on the posted date. See the Dates section of the Filter Tutorial article for the different selections.
2	Provider	Use this filter to select a provider(s) associated patients with outstanding balances.
3	Location	Use this filter to select the Location(s) of the patients with outstanding balances.
4	CPT Category	Use this filter to view the dashboards based on either the Vaccine category (CPT codes associated with the category VACCINE) or Vaccine Admin category (CPT codes associated with the category VAC ADMIN).

Vaccine Charges -Vaccine Analysis Dashboards Overview

To access the Vaccine Charges tab, click the Vaccine button in the CPT Category filter. Hover over each tile to see details of the individual data points. Each tile is defaulted to show the last six months. You can click the filter icon within each tile to filter differently.

Vaccine Charges Trends	Claims with Vaccine Charges
Type of report: Bar-graph Displays: This will show all the charges for the time period that are associated with the category VACCINE. Levels: • Month • Year • Payer • Provider • CPT Code	Type of report: Line Chart Displays: This will show all claims that have a CPT code associated with the category VACCINE. Details: Shows the claim count per month.

Vaccine Payment Trends	Claims with Vaccine Payments
Type of report: Bar Graph Displays: This will show all payments for the time period that are applied to CPT codes in the category VACCINE. Levels: • Month • Year • Payer • Provider • CPT Code	Type of report: Line Chart Displays: This will show all payments on claims with CPT codes in the category VACCINE. Details: Shows the claim count per month.

Visits by Vaccine

Type of report: Bar-graph
Displays: This will show the number of visits that have a CPT code in the category VACCINE.

Details: Shows the visit count per month.

Vaccine Admin Charges - Vaccine Analysis Dashboards Overview
