We are currently updating the OP Help Center content for the release of OP 14.19 or OP 19. OP 19 is a member of the certified OP 14 family of products (official version is 14.19.1), which you may see in your software (such as in Help > About) and in the Help Center tabs labeled 14.19. How do I Activate My OP Patient Portal Account?

Log into the OP Portal and Activate your Account

Activate Your Account

The administrator account is created by the OP Implementation team and sent by email. Follow the instructions below once you have received the welcome email.

  1. Click the link in the email to activate your account. The Activate your account window is displayed.

  1. Enter a password in the Password field.
  2. Re-enter the Password in the Confirm Password field.
  3. Select a Security Question from the drop-down menu and enter the Answer.
  4. Click the Activate Account button.

Log On to Your Account

  1. Click the Log into Practice Portal button on the Account activated window.
  2. Enter your user name and password.
  3. Click the Login button. The Practice Portal Dashboard is displayed.
  4. Select a Practice from the drop-down menu (optional, only required to switch to a different practice).
