Overview
Every October, Office Practicum uses Health Language to access and update the complete list of diagnosis codes. It’s important to update templates, diagnostic tests, screenings and favorites to include these new codes and remove those codes which are retired/removed.

Congenital deformities of feet
Q66.0- Congenital talipes equinovarus

Note: Z11.1 (Encounter for screening for respiratory tuberculosis), is now accompanied with a note that specifies you should use the code for patients with the active form of the condition. Screening patients who appear well but are at risk, should now be accompanied by Z11.7.
