Function-Specific Resolved Issues

Patient Chart / Immunizations / Sync Registry

Issue:

The New York City Immunization Registry (NYCIR) was returning the error message, “Vaccine Registry: Error: PID. Unknown key identifier. Patient_Birth_Facility: UnknownKeyIdentifier for PID23 “Patient_Birth_Facility.” OP 14 was not able to resolve this error, and this was preventing OP 14 clients in that registry from submitting further patient immunization data.

Resolution:

Updated the software to suppress error messages from NYCIR for PID23 “Patient_Birth_Facility.” This allows OP 14 clients in that registry to continue to submit patient immunization data to the NYCIR.
