About Immunization Order Management

Path: Clinical, Practice Management, or Billing tab > Patient Chart button > Immunizations > Administer Vaccines button

The Immunization Order Management window indicates vaccine administration and controls vaccine stock.

VaccinesThe top panel shows the vaccine list respective to the tab selected. In the image above, the Inventory tab is selected.

TabsThe Vaccines are divided by the following tabs:
  • Antigen category tabs: Vaccines are grouped by antigen category. The tabs along the middle list groupings such D-T-P, Polio, HIB, Flu, Infant, Teen/Adult, etc. The top section of the window shows the Vaccines.
  • The inventory tab lists the complete vaccine inventory.  Vaccines are grouped by status: Give, Ordered (not yet given), and In Stock.

Patient Vaccine RecordShows the vaccine record for this specific patient.

Quick Chart buttonThe Quick Chart button enters historical immunization data.

VacLogic buttonThe VacLogic button shows the complete VacLogic Algorithm.

Consent Form buttonThe Consent Form button finds and links a consent form.
7Use Location on main form checkboxThis checkbox, available on the Inventory tab, is used to show inventory for the selected location. If unchecked, all inventory will be displayed.

VaccinesThe top panel shows the vaccine list.

TabsThe Vaccines are divided by the following tabs:
  • Antigen category tabs: Vaccines are grouped by antigen category. The tabs along the middle list groupings such D-T-P, Polio, HIB, Flu, Infant, Teen/Adult, etc. The top section of the window shows the Vaccines.
  • The inventory tab lists the complete vaccine inventory.  Vaccines are grouped by status: Ordered (not yet given), and in stock. 
  • The Edit/Delete tab edits or deletes vaccine information including lot information, VIS information and VAERS.
