We are currently updating the OP Help Center content for the release of OP 14.19 or "OP 19". OP 19 is a member of the certified OP 14 family of products (official version is 14.19.1), which you may see in your software (such as in Help > About) and in the Help Center tabs labeled 14.19. Importing Lab Results

Importing Lab Results

When you launch the OP Diagnostic Tests Importer, the Status Bar in the lower left part of the window changes to red and displays the message, “Searching for labs to import. Please wait.” This indicates that the OP Diagnostic Tests Importer is importing lab results. When the OP Diagnostic Tests Importer has completed updating, the Status Bar changes from red to its standard color.

To check for and reload all available lab results and requisitions, click the Reload button near the top of the Lab Results grid.
