This page displays the Known Issues that OP is aware of and is actively working to resolve. This page is updated regularly every two weeks after the OP Issue Review Board meets to discuss and prioritize issues. It is also updated on an as-needed basis as issues arise.

When the end user is approving adjudications in OP 14.10 and has Autopay PC+CC set to deduct Patient Credit or  Credit Cards on File, OP software is charging the card through Instamed but is not posting the transaction information to the Patient Credit Account or the claim.

Utilities > Manage Practice > Schedule Templates
When the end user attempts to copy a Schedule template in OP 14.10, the software displays the error message, "Attempted update during read-only transaction." OP 14 then creates a blank template.

In OP 14.10, when the end user attempts to add an Alert message to a diagnostic test in Diagnostic Test Setup, the software displays the error message, "Attempted update during read-only transaction." OP 14 does not save the alert message.

Patient Chart > Immunizations
In OP 14.10, if an end user deletes a vaccine from a patient's chart (by accessing the documented vaccine by clicking the Enter Immunization button), OP 14 displays a message stating, "There was a problem updating the inventory table." OP 14 deletes the vaccine from the chart but it does not update the Vaccine Inventory.
Use the Quick Entry feature to delete the vaccine. This updates the Vaccine Inventory.

Manage Documents
In OP 14.10, if an end user adds a new referral in the Manage Documents window to attach a scanned referral letter, the scanned referral letter does not automatically attach to the referral.
Open the Choose a Medical Record to Attach window again from Document Management to refresh the window. This allows the end user to attach the document to the referral.

Patient Chart > History
In OP 14.10, if the end user makes an edit to the history of a patient's chart and exits the chart, OP 14 displays a series of error messages before shutting down unexpectedly.
Go to another tab within the Patient Chart to save the edits instead of exiting the Patient Chart by clicking the X in the upper right corner of the window.

Templates
In OP 14.10, if the end user imports a template and selects Insert, the software does not import the template. The end user can only replace an existing template.

Historical A/R Report
In OP 14.10, the Historical A/R report is not updating data based upon the most recently completed daysheet. Because of this, the Historical A/R report is not accurate.

Utilities > System Admin > System Preferences > Security
In OP 14.10, if the Practice enables the system preference for Strong Passwords, the software doesn't allow the end user to reset their password the next time they log in and does not allow the end user to log in. Additionally, with Strong Passwords enabled, if a password expires for a user or the Practice adds a staff member, those staff members will not be able to log in to OP software.

In OP 14.10, ERA payments are not posting to claims. This results in an issue with balancing payments.

EPCS
When a Provider receives a refill request for EPCS, the refill request shows one refill representing the one at the pharmacy that the Provider is accepting. However, after accepting the refill request, OP software creates a new entry for the refill with a 1 indicating 1 more refill request was authorized although it was not.

Finalizing Well Visits
When the end user uses the Bulk Archive tool to archive notes, the Bulk Archive does not archive Well Visits. Consequently, when the end user tries to finalize well visits through the Well Visits tab in either Schedule and Practice Workflow and/or the Patient Chart, it does not actually finalize them. It appears to be processing the archive successfully, but the note still appears unfinalized to the end user and remains on the unfinalized list within the Well Visits tab in Schedule and Practice Workflow.
Log out of OP software and log back in and then finalize well visits in the Well Visits tab of the Patient Chart or Schedule and Practice Workflow.

When a Claim includes a 90756 charge and the Use Vaccine DX checkbox is selected in the Claims window, OP 14 does not automatically add the Admin Charge to the Claim.
Add the Admin Charge manually to the Claim.

Manage Documents
When the end user imports two multi-page TIFF files in the Manage Documents window, OP 14 only imports the first page of the second file.
Add the file individually.

Immunizations
Vaccine Forecasting in the Patient Chart is not forecasting Hep B for patients between 4-6 weeks old.

In Manage Documents, when the end user attaches to a message a document with an EFR visibility setting higher than Any Staff Member, recipients of the message with a matching or higher visibility setting are unable to view the attachment.
