Making Future Appointments

  1. Select the date from the calendar or click here to view how to locate the next available time block.
Note: For easy calendar navigation, the green forward and green backward arrow located below the reference calendar may be used. For example, to navigate three weeks ahead in the schedule: 
  1. Click the green forward arrow button.
  2. Type 3W in the Forward box.
  3. Click Enter on your keyboard.
  1. Double-click on the time slot to open the Add/Edit Appointment window.
  2. Find the patient in the Search box .
  3. Enter the Appointment Reason (chief complaint).
  4. Enter the Appointment Type (sick, well, recheck, etc).
  5. Close the Add/Edit Appointment window by clicking the Save button.
