Accessing the Manage Documents Window

Click the Clinical tab or Practice Management tab > Document Management button to open the Manage Documents window.

Patient Finder
This is the Patient Finder used throughout the OP software.

Search Records Button
Click this button to launch the Search for Documents window.

New Document Button
Click this button to input a new document and displays the Acquisition panel and Editing tools.

Print Button
Click this button to display a drop-down menu with several print options.

Export Button
Click this button to display a drop-down menu with several export options.

Document List Panel
Lists all documents associated with the selected patient.

Thumbnails Panel
Displays thumbnails of each document selected in the Document List panel.

Preview Panel
Displays a preview of the content of the document selected in the Document List panel.

Document Controls Toolbar
Provides viewing and navigation functionality for the selected document.

Document Details Panel
Displays the file-level details for the selected document.



Note:   1-5 comprise the Global Options. Use these to open a specific patient’s documents and to search for, create, and export documents.
