Modify a Schedule Using Slots

Overview

The instructions below will show you how to adjust a schedule to accommodate items such as illness, vacation, emergencies, meetings, etc. that occur periodically in most practices.

  1. Navigate to the Calendar Schedule from the Clinical, Practice Management or Billing tab, click the Schedule button.
  2. Confirm the Calendar radio button is selected.
  3. Click the Office View tab.
  4. Click the Slots button.
  5. Click the slot on the provider schedule to change.
  6. Right-click and select the Appointment Zone.

  1. Click the Appts button to return to the calendar.
