We are currently updating the OP Help Center content for the release of OP 14.19 or OP 19. OP 19 is a member of the certified OP 14 family of products (official version is 14.19.1), which you may see in your software (such as in Help > About) and in the Help Center tabs labeled 14.19. You may also notice that the version number in content and videos may not match the version of your software, and some procedural content may not match the workflow in your software. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we make these enhancements.

Function-Specific Resolved Issues

Alert Badges

Issue:

The Alert Badges in the Main Navigation and Window Navigation panels were too small. This cut off the total count on some badges (for example, 13 displayed as 1).

Resolution:

Updated the software to ensure that the Alert Badges are large enough to accommodate the total count that each badge indicates.

Patient Chart / Encounter and Well Visit Notes

Clinical / Patient Chart / Problem List

Clinical / Patient Chart / Allergies

Clinical / Patient Chart / Medications

Issue:

Some Memo fields in Encounter and Well Visit notes did not auto-expand as the end user added information. This led to unnecessary scrolling to see all of the contents in the Memo field.

Resolution:

Updated the software to ensure that all Memo fields in Encounters and Well Visit notes successful auto-expand, thus eliminating the need for unnecessary scrolling.

Clinical / Patient Chart / Notes fields

Clinical / Patient Chart / Medical Records

Issue:

When the end user imported Progress Notes from a previous EHR solution into OP 14.19.1, the import functionality rendered the text of the notes unreadable. This issue also impacted medical records the end user imported.

Resolution:

Updated the software by reverting to a previous version of the import functionality. This update imports the Progress Notes and Medical Records from previous EHR vendors successfully and does not impact new or existing notes in OP software.

Billing / Billing Center / Claims

Issue:

When the end user sent claims with a large number of diagnoses, OP software displayed the warning message, “Too many diagnoses.”

Resolution:

Updated the software so that, if the end user sends claims with a large number of diagnoses, OP software successfully sends the claims without displaying any warning messages.

Billing / Billing Center / Adjudications

Customer-Reported Issue

Issue:

When the end user approved an adjudication and had Autopay PC + CC or Autopay CC Only selected to deduct from PC (Patient Credit) or CC (Credit Card on File), OP software charged the card through Instamed but did not post the transaction information to the Patient Credit Account or the Claim.

Resolution:

Updated the software to ensure that, when the end user approves an adjudication and has Autopay PC + CC or Autopay CC Only selected to deduct from PC (Patient Credit) or CC (Credit Card on File) and OP charges the card through Instamed, that OP software successfully posts the transaction information to the Patient Credit Account and the Claim.
