Issue:

OP 14.19.2 introduced the addition of the Clear Active Form button to the Ribbon, which allowed the end user to clear all personalization settings from the active window and to restore the default settings. With this issue, when the end user clicked the Clear Active Form button, OP software did not clear the personalization settings but logged the end user out of OP software.

Resolution:

Updated the software so that, when the end user clicks the Clear Active Form button on the Ribbon, OP software displays a confirmation window that indicates which window is active and is about to have it personalization settings cleared (for example, Clear preferences for Calendar Schedule), the default settings that will be restored, and informs the end user that they need to log off and log back into OP software to see the changes.
