Function-specific Resolved Issues

Patient Chart / Medications / Prescription Writer

Issue:
The OP 14 software was incorrectly marking some Quantity Units as Archived in the database. This prevented Providers from using these units when writing prescriptions. This issue impacted the following Quantity Units:
* Suppository
* International Unit
* Metric Drop
* Unspecified
Resolution:
Updated the software so that OP 14 does not incorrectly mark Quantity Units as Archived in the database. This ensures that the Quantity Units impacted by this issue are available to Providers for prescribing.

Patient Chart / Immunizations

Issue:
For some Florida practices, OP 14 was displaying the incorrect vaccine name in the Synchronized Immunization Record. With this issue, when practices attempted to synchronize with the registry, OP 14 displayed Non-Routine in the Vaccine Name field.
Resolution:
Updated the software so that, after synchronizing with the registry, OP 14 successfully displays the correct vaccine name in the Vaccine Name field in the Synchronized Immunization Record.

Billing / Claims + A/R

Issue:
When the end user clicked on the Preview button in the Process the Daysheet window, OP 14 displayed an Index Out of Bounds Error message.
Resolution:
Updated the software so that, when the end user clicks the Preview button in the Process the Daysheet window, OP 14 displays a PDF file of the daysheet without displaying any errors.
