- Patient demographic information including patient contacts.
- Patient medical records.
- Patient billing information.
- Office Practicum user information, including both active and inactive users.
- User name and SHA1 hashed passwords, including password history for checking attempts at password reuse.
- User roles.
- User permissions.
- Transaction logs.
