We are currently updating the OP Help Center content for the release of OP 14.19 or OP 19. OP 19 is a member of the certified OP 14 family of products (official version is 14.19.1), which you may see in your software (such as in Help > About) and in the Help Center tabs labeled 14.19. You may also notice that the version number in content and videos may not match the version of your software, and some procedural content may not match the workflow in your software. Function-specific New Features

Photo Library

Function:
The OP Mobile application needs to allow end users to access the Photo Library stored on their iPhone or iPad.
Solution:
Enhanced the software so that the OP Mobile application allows the end users to access the Photo Library stored on their iPhone or iPad. To use this functionality, the end user:
  1. Selects Pictures
  2. Selects where to access the picture: Library or Camera
  3. Selects what to do with the picture: Set Patient Photo ID, Attach to Encounter, or Document/Scanned Image
Note: The first time the end user attempts to access the Camera and the Photo Library from the OP Mobile application, OP Mobile requires the end user to swipe their logon again for each of these screens. OP Mobile only requires this secondary logon the first time the end user accesses the Camera and Photo Library from OP Mobile.

Appointments

Issue:
When the end user attempted to access the Appointments screen on an iPhone, the OP Mobile application became unresponsive and eventually shut down unexpectedly.
Resolution:
Updated the software so that, when the end user attempts to access the Appointments screen on an iPhone, OP Mobile successfully opens the Appointments screen without becoming unresponsive and without shutting down unexpectedly.

Attach to Encounter

Issue:
When the end user attached a picture to an encounter and then attempted to replace the attached picture with another, OP Mobile shut down unexpectedly.
Resolution:
Updated the software so that OP Mobile successfully allows the end user to attach a picture to an encounter and then to replace the attached picture with another.

Clear Application Data

Issue:
OP Mobile did not allow the end user to clear the application data. Also, OP Mobile did not display the pairing screen after the end user attempted to clear the application data.
Resolution:
Updated the software so that, when the end user enables Clear App Data and then launches the OP Mobile application, OP Mobile prompts the end user to clear the application data and successfully does so. Also, after the end user clears the application data, OP Mobile successfully displays the pairing screen.

Messages

Issue:
When the end user sent a message and marked it as Urgent, OP Mobile indicated No in the Urgent field in the Message Details window.
Resolution:
Updated the software so that, when the end user sends a message and marks it as Urgent, OP Mobile indicates Yes in the Urgent field in the Message Details window.

Issue:
OP Mobile did not send messages. This issue prevented the end user from sending messages to the following recipient types:
  • OP Patient
  • Not OP Patient
  • No Patient
Resolution:
Updated the software so that OP Mobile allows the end user to send messages successfully to all recipient types.

Issue:
When the iPhone user tapped Messages > Not OP Patient, the OP Mobile application shut down unexpectedly.
Resolution:
Updated the software so that, when the iPhone user taps Messages > Not OP Patient, the OP Mobile application successfully opens the Messages window and the application does not crash.

Photo Library

Issue:
OP Mobile was setting the Patient control to enabled in the Document/Scanned Image screen. This control is supposed to be disabled by default, requiring the end user to enable it manually.
Resolution:
Updated the software so that the Patient control in the Document/Scanned Image screen is disabled by default. With this update, the end user must manually enable the Patient control.

Pictures / Camera

Issue:
OP Mobile did not allow the end user to take a picture to attach to an encounter. With this issue, OP Mobile did not present the Camera selection in the Attach to Encounter or in the Document/Scanned Images screens.
This issue did not impact the camera functionality for taking a picture to set the patient photo ID.
Resolution:
Updated the software so that OP Mobile successfully displays the Camera selection in the Attach to Encounter and in the Document/Scanned Images screens and successfully allows the end user to take pictures in these functions and to attach a picture to an encounter.
