Update Contact Information - Administration


To administrate this application, click the and select "Preferences" from the dropdown list. You will be able to choose from the following options:

  1. Specify the options that affect what the users will see when they use this portlet - you can choose to notify members of your office staff when there is an update to any user's contact information, which will show up as a "red phone" message in Office Practicum. Uncheck this box to turn off messaging for this Application.
  2. Select the staff members that will receive messages submitted via this portlet - the office staff members selected in this list receive the messages sent by this application when Option #1 is turned on.
