Version 14.19

Visit History - Administration

To administrate this application, click the  and select "Preferences" from the dropdown list. You will be able to choose from the following options:

  • Only Display Visits After This Date - For legacy OP Users, there may have been cases where data in the patient chart was not correctly tagged as "private" (for instance, an exit note that was written with the Doctor in mind before the patient's chart was visible), or incomplete/non-existent. For these cases, you can configure the patient portal to display data after a specific date. The portal administrator would generally want to set this date to the portal's release date. If you do not have legacy/broken data that needs to be hidden, you can simply leave this value blank to display everything.
