Visit History - Application Usage


When the portal user views the page, they are shown two separate lists: The Office Visits, which are a listing of sick visits, and the Check Ups, which are their well visits. Each visit date will be accompanied by the Provider's name. In the Office Visits list, there may be a record of the chief complaint (symptoms) and the diagnosis given. For either list, there may also be a summary link. The portal user can click this link to view a more detailed description of the visit, if the provider has written a patient exit note.


After reading the summary, the portal user can either navigate back to the list, or print this summary for their records.
