Visit History - Background Information
The Visit History Application provides a list of the active patient's previously recorded visits to the office. The application does so by displaying two separate lists: the Office Visits (encounters) and the Check Ups (well visits).
The Visit History Application is required for Meaningful Use funding.
The Patient Exit Note summaries will only display on the portal with OP11. When the note is finalized, the patient exit note will automatically populate and be available on the patient portal for the parent to view.
