About Order Details
Path: Clinical, Practice Management, or Billing tab > Patient Chart button > Diagnostic Tests > Orders/Results panel > Order Details button
The Order Details window is accessed by clicking the Order Details button
located inline with the Diagnostic Test. This window displays the details for the panel/test that was ordered. The order details can be edited.
Order Details Map
Number | Section | Description |
1 | Order Details | The Order Details section displays the ordered panel, requisition date, test name, test ID, OP requisition ID, OP order ID, and test note. |
2 | Specimen | The Specimen section provides details on the specimen collected. It contains the specimen ID, the date the specimen was collected, the source for the specimen, and the note. |
3 | Lab / Results | The Lab / Results section provides the details on the lab and the results of the test. The fields include the ordering provider, lab name, lab address, result date, placer order #, filer order #, and a clinical note. |
