- Download the PDF and provide it to the parents as an attachment.
The Quick Reference Guide provides the parent with instructions on how to:
- Complete their portal registration from your welcome email
- Navigate the portal and switch between parent and child accounts
- Request and view appointments
- Request medication refills
- View medical records and results
- View and request documents/forms and complete surveys
- Send a message to the practice
- Pay their bill
