About Patient Register Information Report

Path: Clinical, Practice Management, or Billing tab > Patient Chart button > Basic Information > Print button

The Patient Register Information Report window is where you choose which items should be included in a print-out of a patient's Basic Information. Be certain to select the items to appear on the report in that window before clicking the Print button.

Information SelectionsThese checkboxes are used to determine what information will be included in the Register Information Report. A provider signature can be selected here to override the default signature.

Patient PhotoThe photo options are used to determine if a photo is included or not included in the report.

Print buttonThe Print button executes the print job.

Exit buttonThe Exit button closes the Print Register Information Report window.

Choose an End User ReportThe Choose an End-User Report button opens the Located in OP Reports window. The End User report can be selected in that window.

About Patient Register Information Report

Path: Smart Toolbar > Register button > Printer Icon

The Patient Register Information Report prints the patient’s demographics from within the patient registration. Be certain to select the items to appear on the report before clicking the Print button.

Printer or Screen radio buttonsThe Printer or Screen radio buttons determine how the information will be viewed (paper or PDF).

ASCII ExportThe ASCII Export button exports the patient’s register and insurance information as an .asc file.
