Path: Practice Management tab > More button (Reference Data group) > Zip Codes
Search for Zip Codes
- Navigate to the Postal Zip Codes window by following the path above.
- Hover over the Zip Code column header to display the filter button .
- Click the filter button.
- Select (Custom...) from the drop-down menu.
- In the Custom Filter window, use the Zip Code drop-down and select equals.
- Enter the zip code.
- Click the OK button.
Add Zip Codes
- Navigate to the Postal Zip Codes window by following the path above.
- Click the Add button . An empty field is displayed.
- In the empty field, enter the Zip Code, City, and State.
- Click the Save button.
Edit an Existing Zip Code
- Navigate to the Postal Zip Codes window by following the path above.
- Click to select the zip code to be edited.
- Click the Edit button .
- Make the necessary changes.
- Click the Save button .
Delete a Zip Code
- Navigate to the Postal Zip Codes window by following the path above.
- Click to select the zip code to be deleted.
- Click the Delete button. The line item is removed.

Searching for Zip Codes
- Click the Utilities button on the Navigation bar.
- Select Manage Codes.
- Select Zip Codes.
- Hover over the Zip Code column heading to view the filter button.
- Click the filter button and select Custom.

- Click the drop-down arrow in Zip Code field and select equals.
- Enter the zip code.
- Click the OK button to view results.

Adding Zip Codes
- Click the Insert Record button .
Zip Code Table: New Zip Code
- Enter the Zip Code, City and State.
- Click the Post Edit button.
Editing an Existing Zip Code
- Open the Zip Codes table.
- Select the zip code to be edited.
- Click the Edit Record button and make necessary changes.
- Click the Post Edit button .
- Click the Exit button.
Deleting a Zip Code
- Open the Zip Codes table.
- Click to highlight the zip code to delete.
- Click the Delete Record button.
- The line item will be removed.
- Click the Exit button in the upper right corner to close.
