We are currently updating the OP Help Center content for the release of OP 14.19 or OP 19. OP 19 is a member of the certified OP 14 family of products (official version is 14.19.1), which you may see in your software (such as in Help > About) and in the Help Center tabs labeled 14.19. You may also notice that the version number in content and videos may not match the version of your software, and some procedural content may not match the workflow in your software. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we make these enhancements.

Remote Scan Setup for Client Server

  1. Visit http://www.remote-scan.com/ and purchase the licenses needed for the remote location.
  2. If they have one scan station at the remote location you only needed on license and so on.
  3. On the Terminal server run the remote scan installer.
  4. Select in the "Install the Client Software on the Terminal/ Citrix Server" and follow the prompts.
  5. One workstation that has the scanner locally installed follow the directions below.
  1. Run the Installer.

  1. If prompted with any Security Warnings, select Run.

  1. Click Next.

  1. Select I Agree and click Next.

  1. Click Next.

  1. Click Next.

  1. Click Next.

  1. Click Next.

  1. Click Next.

  1. Click Next.

  1. Click the box to Modify the firewall and then click Next.

  1. Click Finish.

  1. Launch Office Practicum and Login.  then Check the remote scan icon in the task manager for a green bar to appear under the icon.

  1. Click the icon and verify the correct scanner is selected under Choose a Twain Scanner.
