This page will instruct you on how to send a message to a group or department.
Respond to a Group Message
- Click the Telephone button to open the Message window .
Smart Tool Bar
Click the Message tab from the Schedule and Practice Workflow window.
- Click to highlight the message in the Message window workflow window.
- Click the Reply Button or double-click on the message.
- Enter a response to the message.
- Select the radio button appropriate for the message handling.
|Further action required by me||Message remains in the Needs Action tab but removes it from the Unread Phone tab in the Message Center|
|Completed remove from my inbox||Message will no longer display in the Unread Phone tab in the Message Center|
|Completed remove from all inboxes||Message is removed from the Unread Phone tab in the Message Center for all recipients who received the message|
- Click the Send button .
