You will learn how to send a message to a group or department in this article.

Responding to a Group Message

  1. Click the Phone button to open the Message window
  2. Click a Message to highlight it in the Message window.
  3. Click the Reply button or double-click on the Message.

  1. Enter a Response to the message.
  2. Select the radio button that is appropriate for the message handling.

Message is no longer displayed in the Unread Phone tab in the Message Center
