We are currently updating the OP Help Center content for the release of OP 14.19 or OP 19. OP 19 is a member of the certified OP 14 family of products (official version is 14.19.1), which you may see in your software (such as in Help > About) and in the Help Center tabs labeled 14.19. Review Patient Tasks

Version 14.19

Overview

This section will go over how to review open patient tasks. In addition, the user will be introduced to how to monitor the open tasks and perform follow up. The user will learn optional settings to ensure all open tasks are addressed. 

  1. Click the Tasks tab from the Schedule and Practice Workflow window.
  2. The Tasks window displays.


  1. Follow the steps below to change the information on the window.

View Tasks by Date

  • Select the Date due radio button or the Date req radio button and enter a Start and End date range.

View Tasks by a Status

  • Select the All Statuses radio button or the selected status(s) radio button and select which statuses to view in the dropdown menu.

View a Selected Department

  • Select from the following options:
  • All: All tasks will be displayed for the set parameters.
  • Mine: All tasks for the departments in which the user is assigned will be displayed.
  • Selected Department: When the selected department radio button is chosen, select which department's tasks you would like to view.  

Note: The Department(s) setting that you select may be saved as a preference by clicking the Pref button on the Smart Toolbar.

  • In the Scope section, change the scope of the date -or- click the dropdown arrow in the date fields.

View a Selected Department

  • Click the dropdown arrow for Department.
  • Select a department from the list. 


Note: Only departments with open tasks will display in the dropdown list.

View Tasks by a Status

  • Select the radio button All statuses.
  • The status selection field will be grayed-out for selection.

OR

  • Select the radio button Selected statuses.
  • Check the types of tasks to view in the status field.
