The refill request feature in the patient portal allows parents to request refills for their child's medications. This article details the default configuration and provides information on how to adjust these settings.

Rx Refill Requests

Rx Refill Requests enable patients to easily request prescription refills through the patient portal. There are two sets of options you will have selected for your configuration if you enabled refill requests:

Medication selection:

• Request refills on active medications only OR,
• Request refills on all medications

Pharmacy selection:

• Show patient's preferred pharmacies OR,
• Show all pharmacies
