About Schedule and Practice Workflow: Documents
Path: Smart Toolbar > Schedule button (F7) > Documents tab
The Schedule and Practice Workflow combines a number of forms to help you get your work done faster and more efficiently. The Schedule and Practice Workflow consists of a calendar, patient tracking, messages, a task list, encounter information, well visit information, diagnostic tests, referrals, documents, surveys, and a patient prescription queue.
The Documents tab displays documents that have not yet been review by the assigned user. Documents are displayed based upon the selections made in the Scope field. Selected documents in this window can be reviewed and edited in the Manage Documents window.
Schedule and Practice Workflow: Documents Map
|Review/Edit button||The Review/Edit button opens the Manage Documents window for the selected documents in the Document list grid. Doing this will allow you to review or edit a document.|
|Print button||The Print button prints the Document record list displayed in the Document List grid.|
|Document List grid||The Documents List grid displays documents based upon the selections made in the Scope field.|
The left tabs open a different section within the practice's schedule and practice workflow. The Schedule and Practice Workflow contains the following left tabs:
|Scope||The Scope field narrows the parameters for the displayed tab. Users must have Messaging_Allow_View_All_Messages permission in their profile to see the Scope field.|
