Level 2 breaks down the totals by the type of appointment. Level 3 breaks down the appointment type totals into data for individual patients.Use this report to review your practice productivity by comparing charges billed to the appointment type scheduled. You can also use this report as an unbilled charges report to make sure that visits billed are appropriate for the visits scheduled.
