OP's active Support hours are Monday through Friday 08:00 AM to 09:00 PM EST. Peak Hours are between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM EST and between 02:00 PM and 03:00 PM EST. To contact Support via phone, dial (800) 218-9916 and choose one of the following options:

After selecting prompt #2 to reach the Client Support Team, and after entering your OP Med ID, choose one of the following options:
|Emergency||Your entire practice is unable to access OP.||9|
|Application Support||Issues related to ePrescribing, reports, or chart notes.|
|Billing Support||Issues related to payments or claims.|
|Technical Support||Issues related to accessing OP, hardware issues, or portal problems.|
Extended Support Hours
- 24/7 Technical Support is available for business critical technical or system issues preventing a client from conducting business.
- Weekends and holidays Application Support: 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM EST.
