About Vaccine Inventory Forecast
Path: Practice Management tab > Vaccine Inventory Forecast
The Vaccine Inventory Forecast report displays the available vaccines and provides an estimated stock count based upon if the vaccine will be administered.
Vaccine Inventory Forecast Map
Number | Section | Description |
1 | Start Forecast | The Start Forecast selections determine the start time for the vaccine inventory forecast. Vaccine counts can be displayed starting from the current month or the following month. |
| 2 | Location | The Location selections allow you to print the report for All locations or a selected location from the drop-down list. |
3 | Private Stock | The private stock count lists the private stock availability and forecast for the listed vaccines. |
4 | Print Grid | The Print Grid button prints the report as it appears in the Vaccine Inventory grid. |
5 | VFC/Public Stock | The VFC stock count lists the VFC/Public stock availability and forecast for the listed vaccines. |
6 | Administration Rules | The Administration Rules list the vaccine, the ages the vaccine is administered to patients, and the percentage of patients that are expected to not refuse. |
7 | Function buttons | The function buttons add a vaccine, remove a vaccine, edit a vaccine, save changes, and cancel changes. |
