The Vaccine Tracking window configures and determines the vaccine report to print.
Vaccine Tracking Map
Number | Section | Description |
1 | Vaccine Tracking Statement | The Vaccine Tracking Statement provides a quick look at the statement that will be reported. |
2 | Reactions | The Reactions field provides a list of patient reactions. |
3 | Allergies | The Allergies field provides a list of patient allergies. |
4 | Message | The Message field indicates any special notes for the patient or parent/guardian that will print on the report. |
5 | Status Indicators | The Status Indications field provides the status of the vaccines. |
